Infrastructure Diagnostic Cancellation Policy
To preserve scheduling availability and maintain a consistent engagement standard, all Infrastructure Diagnostic appointments are subject to the following policy.
Scheduling Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed once the booking process is completed and payment has been received in full.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time.
Rescheduling requests submitted within the required notice period will be accommodated based on calendar availability.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment are eligible for one of the following:
- a full credit toward a future Infrastructure Diagnostic, or
- a refund less applicable payment processing fees, if required.
Late Changes / Missed Appointments
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, late arrivals that materially shorten the session, or no-shows are generally non-refundable.
At Kontab’s discretion, a one-time rescheduling accommodation may be offered in exceptional circumstances.
Client Readiness
To ensure a productive session, clients are expected to attend prepared and on time. Delays may reduce available session time and may not extend beyond the originally scheduled appointment window.
Kontab Rescheduling
If Kontab must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the earliest available alternative appointment or a full refund.
Scope of Booking
The Infrastructure Diagnostic is a scheduled professional advisory session. Booking secures dedicated calendar time, pre-session review capacity, and reserved availability.
